Hello

I am a trained end-of-life doula who focuses on grief and loss inside and out of death. I was trained by the International End of Life Doula Association in March 2024 by Wilka Roig and have been experiencing grief and loss since I was a young child.

CARE · CONNECTION · COMMUNITY

There is space for your grief.

Grief is not limited to one kind of loss. It can come from losing someone you love, changing relationships, or saying goodbye to beloved animals, plants, trees, land, and other meaningful connections.

Jen Venegas offers free and paid grief and loss services that make space for your experience, your story, and your way of moving through change. You do not have to navigate it all alone.
