Service Description

This service includes guidance on wills, advanced directives, and funeral preferences. Duration: 60 minutes May be performed virtually and/or in-person within 20 miles of 91731.
Cancellation Policy
Service Agreement: 1. By booking a plan with us, you agree to receive end-of-life doula services as described in the selected package. Our services are designed to provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support during the end-of-life process. 2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required to commence services. Payment plans are available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing. All payments are non-refundable except in circumstances covered under our cancellation policy. 3. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services with at least 14 days notice before the next scheduled session for a partial refund of any unused services. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Clients may reschedule a service session within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Cancellations and no-shows within after the 48 hour cut-off time will incur a 10% service fee for that session. 4. Confidentiality: All information shared by clients and their families will be kept confidential, except as required by law or when necessary to provide the agreed-upon services. 5. Scope of Services: Our doula services do not include medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek professional advice from licensed practitioners in these fields as needed. Referrals are offered by request. 6. Client Cooperation: Successful service delivery depends on the cooperation of the client and their family. Clients agree to communicate openly and provide all necessary information that may affect the provision of doula services. 7. Limitation of Liability: Our doulas commit to providing the highest quality of care within the scope of their professional capabilities. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the services provided. 8. Amendments to Services: Any requests for changes to the agreed services must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse changes that are not feasible or outside the scope of our services. 9. Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action. A mediator may be offered by the client or the doula and agreed upon by both parties. 10. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
